A brokers main focus is recruiting.

I can remember not too long ago a "nationally known television host" left that industry and opened a turnkey investment company using the significant tailwind of his name recognition to recruit lots of investors. 

Training consists of the week-end Ratrace-to-Retirement recruitment event (3 times/year) and on line videos.

Full disclosure KW is a multi level meaning if I recruit you to KW and you sell a house that puts profit into your office, somehow I get a profit share off your office for that month.  

I've contacted recruiters, exhausted Finish Finders lead list, and set up my airbnb, but nothing. 

In 2017 I started the University of Oklahoma Real Estate Club where we successfully recruited over 50 members in 3 months time (we even had a guest appearance from BP's very own Brandon Turner!)
