Contractor / Handyman Recommendations in Richmond, VA

Hey BP! I recently purchased my first property; a two-bedroom townhome in North Chesterfield, VA. I'm looking for a contractor or a skilled handyman in the Richmond Metropolitan Area comfortable managing exterior repairs, floor installations, window + glass door replacements, shutter replacements, wrapping aluminum around house, touchups, etc. No major repairs are required (structural, electrical, plumbing, etc).

I would be greatly, greatly appreciative of any referrals from BP for rockstar contractors/handymen who you all have personally used and had great experiences with. Ideally this contractor has a list of former clients I can reach out to as well as a photo portfolio of past work. I realize these contractors and their crews may be super busy right now, so I'm just trying to plan ahead and get the ball rolling.

Additionally, if you all have suggestions for a first-time investor on how to recruit the right contractor for their team in this area, it would be awesome to hear from you. So stoked to get started on this REI journey and start making connections with you all!

P.S. Looks like BP removed the feature to post to local forums, so I hope this post finds the RVA community okay...
