If you want to vacation rent a house here, you have to own it for five years prior to applying for the license unless you intend to live on-site and operate a bed and breakfast. 

So I bought a place in June that has been a bed and breakfast for a long time.

There will be a bunch of agents at the John Fisher Breakfast Club Sat. morning. 

I suppose I could go the same route a bed and breakfast would go for insurance.

Big burly guys that drive jacked up 4x4s, have neck tats, smell like diesel fuel and chew tobacco for breakfast.   

Think Self storage facility with a managers quarters, or a Bed and Breakfast quarters for the owner, or one unit of a duplex.
