Hi all, real estate investor/rehabber here from Charlotte, NC. I have a couple of rental properties/buy and holds in the area as well as fix & flips. I come from a long line of contractors and REI, and am now expanding my business to include project management. Big fan of the podcast. Looking to network and learn more about multi family rentals, new construction, and financing.
