Both parties have the ability, if push comes to shove, to pay off the debt or refinance, if the other party breaches that trust. 

If they don't have any, I would definitely look at doing something else.Yea I have reasons to leave my current PMS anyway, this just may be the straw that pushes me to actually do it.  

I think that dual representation should be eliminated nationwide to prevent listing agents from dominating this business and pushing out great buyer agents.

Many don't pick up the phone past 5pm or before 9am, don't work on the weekends, only push files in and do not really review them, and are difficult to get a hold of.
