You can do the outreach yourself to connect with off market properties or connect with people who can find them(agent, wholesaler).

Live in Florida but own properties in NY.  

I think I have about 450-600k equity depending on how well the properties appraise.

Hello @Evan Thomas Andriola - I only have one property that does not have separately metered water for each unit (a Triplex with 2BR units).

Cleveland is a great market if you know how to navigate it and have a good property manager.
