But yes there are several hubs spread across, media, tech, entertainment, shopping etc and getting more concentrated.

Silicon Valley has emerged as the social networking hub of the world.With SFR - 4plexes I'm interested in my rate of return. 

The amount of time needed to invest in this loan isnt the issue but the timing of this time might be the issue...such as meeting with contractors to gather bids, meeting with inspectors, meeting with HUB consultant, paperwork at the lenders, etc...Im sure most of these people will not be available after 5? 

However; in areas close to major hubs for work, being able to walk to work and not pay parking, toll roads, etc. plus save time is a huge benefit, and actually has real value, therefore; properties in neighborhoods like that will always be popular. 

While I do not know anything about container houses, as a logistics professional, I do know Chicago is a major transportation hub with access to lots of containers.It will be interesting to see how the city/suburbs' building departments would react to this. 

Before singing anything I would highly recommend to visit down here and see it for your self what you are getting into.The Southwest Airline Hub is located right here, at BWI (Baltimore Airport) if you catch them on a good day you can fly here probably for about $200 round trip.     

Since you aren't in California, I would recommend either a Series LLC or using a "hub and spoke model" of traditional LLC's.

Pete is really the hub of all the major economic development & growth in Pinellas county. 

Seems like Spartanburg is a great investment hub considering the price to rental ratios. 

Kona is nice and the tourist hub but expensive.
