While some other NW neighborhoods might be hotter or have higher upside, I feel sticking near Blue line stops will help minimize risk.

I just want to warn you if you are thinking about investing with Clayton Morris and Natali Morris that they are runnig a #turnkeyskam in Indianapolis, In.My saga began 10 m ago (Sept 2017) when I desided to invest with them after watching their podcast and had an convessation with Dave Koehn from Morris Invest.Everithing was fine till the moment when I asked for renovation update few weeks after the closing.I found out that I am not dealing at all with Morris Invest but a company called Ocean Pointe.

If you want to be renting to someone who works at the Pentagon then you need to be within .5 miles of a Metro station in Alexandria or Arlington and ideally on the blue or yellow lines.

I'm mainly looking to add either single-family or multifamily homes in areas with decent school districts (including, but not limited to Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, North KC) to my portfolio.Short term my goal is to acquire at least two more properties this year and four more next year.
