@Melissa NevichHi Melissa,I am in your neck of the woods and have the same dilemma.  

I am not really interested in multi-family (duplexes, triplexes, etc. ) as these properties tend to attract lower quality tenants and also located in less desirable neighborhoods in my neck of the woods.Question.Anybody here actually building apartment complexes and townhomes for the purposes of holding them as investments?

Now I am looking for something that I can do using my brain than my muscle, to help support my family.

Darwin basically says that 1 giraffe was born with a longer neck so he got better leaves and because he was able to eat more his mutated random gene was passed along over and over and over until only long necked giraffes were around.

I currently invest in Colorado Springs and am often passing through your neck of the woods, I'd be happy to chat with you sometime about how we can possibly work together! 

I am now looking at possibly flipping a house in my own neck of the woods.

Sorry Account Closed, I missed this.Woodbridge and that neck of the woods are not my area of expertise, but when in doubt, you're always better off near a train station.My mom grew up going to the Jersey Shore back when Springsteen was making a name for himself playing gigs in Asbury, so I've been hearing about it for years.

They're in your neck of the woods, Dick.I didn't use risers at all, but instead use swing joints on all the heads.

And just like so many Bigger Pockets Podcasts and books, I will read and reread until it becomes muscle memory.
