This is our main reason for focusing on the UK market.So yes, there is some travel involved, but not immense, as we will have a trusted team to rely on.However, we are naturally also looking at the Danish market, but in doing so, we are pretty much on our own, as they do not know the Danish market.

I plan on doing an immense amount of deals within the next 3 years. 

I work full time in the software industry and enjoy my work, however I'd like to build some long-term wealth through investing in real estate.Looking forward to absorbing some of the immense amount of knowledge here.

@Drew Oberholtzer Germantown has been getting a lot of buzz lately but it really is block by block, there is immense opportunity here and the houses are beautiful but it is still a diamond in the rough, I know by the Wissahickon it can be pretty nice. 

I found it 2 or so years ago and my business has benefited immensely because of it. 

I personally joined BP at 19 and listened to every podcast, read every blog post and book, and it helped immensely when I went to approach people in the biz.

On properties under 100k we are not talking immense amounts of money for commission. 

I have learned an immense amount of information in the short time I've been on the site and find the podcasts very helpful.

Bigger Pockets has been an immensely valuable resource in that regard.  

You can give yourself a  break because most of us have immense difficulty in finding a good one.That said, I find that the PM's responsiveness and "reachability" is a great indicator of their overall performance.
