Yes it sucks if you pay $100 instead of $60, but most of the trucks I see every day are just used to haul one person and nothing is ever in the back.

You also would like to have room to expand, the opportunity to add a U-Haul leasing, opportunities for ancillary sales and more.

However, the day they were supposed to come out they called to say they had double-checked and their tire hauling license had expired and hadn't been renewed yet by the state, so they couldn't come.

They will tag them and then haul them off after a certain period of time.

Even though on paper they might not look like as great CoCROI or Cash Flow, they tend to be better in the long haul. 

And once a couch on the curb that I had to pay to get hauled away cause I gave their security deposit back to quick.

For those that said I should be buying new: I have shied away from this idea with this particular property mainly because my husband and I are toying with possibly moving back into this house within the next year or two (we had to move temporarily for his work) and if so, I am planning a major remodel/upgrade to the laundry area with all new top of the line appliances at that time.
