Hi hoping i can get an objective opinion here and thank you in advance for anyones comments.I am a 53 yr old single female - I owned my own business for many years as a graphic design freelancer and really never made long term plans for retirement - I began working with a company four years and have managed to save money and been contributing to a Fidelity acct although i won't be retiring for a years to come - its a savings and its coming around slowly.

I'm definitely a beginner when it comes to real estate investing but hope to learn more and potentially use the knowledge later in life.I'm also very very short on cash which has me pretty limited on investing options, but that doesn't I can't learn.I've tried eBay sales, working various low-wage jobs, etc but only recently started to do freelance online marketing work for an Arizona company -- which has been pretty good.
