Multifamily Modeling, Comparable Analysis, and Market Info

I've recently starting working with a handful of real estate investors and syndicators to provide some analytical support while they underwrite new investments. I perform a lot of the early stage vetting which allows my clients to source deals and talk with their investors. I help them model up deals using property financials, market assumptions, and deal terms. Through some leading providers of RE data, I also provided detailed comparable property analysis (rental comps & sale comps) to help these groups understand if their value improvements will be feasible in a given market, what rents the best comps are currently achieving, and what kind of reasonable terminal value is achievable.

I've primarily been working with smaller shops who can't justify the cost of these relatively expensive data packages and services. I've assembled this group of clients through freelancing websites, but a few of them have mentioned they are members of this forum.

I wanted to post here and see if anyone would be interested in these types of services. I'd be happy to provide more detail if that would be helpful.
