Apparently it had been flushed down the toilet & just accumulated ???

A flush out is just running fans to bring fresh air into the building( recommended 14,000 CFM/square foot of building space).

If you are in the basement with PVC and someone upstairs flushes the toilet, it's pretty loud.

However; I wanted to flush out different ideas on funding that some of you have used successfully, as there are other deals out there.

I would have been better off going to Vegas and flushing the money down a toilet and then they would have given me a loan!

I'm looking at single family homes.As a next step, I'd like to do more research and flush out a good "Section Criteria" prior to engaging agents....i.e. to give general direction on town, neighborhood, property size, etc.

In my opinion, 1,000 names mailed to monthly will produce a deal or two, but it is way to often to mail such a small list.The first thing to do when deciding you are going to go the marketing route, is to figure out how much money you can comfortably flush down the toilet every week and you won't lose sleep over it.

But, having flushed money down the bowl repeatedly through bad investments, it's high time I put that money in to some dirt.

If you are flush with cash and can just buy a house and wait on the returns, great go for it.
