@Greg H. yes she is making big fuzz saying since fence is broken (it actually bend little) the neighbors dog can come and bite me, burner is not working cannot cook infact 3 of them are working and window not working properly so if there is fire i cannot escape and so forth

@Aidan Mulligan In addition to pit bulls because they might be dangerous, I ban short people because they sometimes fail to clean the tops of the cupboards, tall people because they sometimes don’t notice the dirty floors, fat people because they can be hard on the carpets, and skinny people because, well, I’ve put on a few pounds lately and I just don’t want that kind of thing around me.Kevin (previous owner of two Rottweiler rescues, current owner of rott/pit mix rescue).

If you want to buy 1-4 unit properties you'll need to buy them in your personal name to qualify for financing so unless you are doing partnerships or commercial deals put it on the back burner.

Hi Rodrigo,On American stoves, the circular part (the burner element) is replaceable.On American stoves they are easily lifted out and replaced.
