@Dyrol Harding I just closed last week on a two family in Bed Stuy where I represented the seller  (http://www.corcoran.com/nyc/ListingsMobile/Display...).Offering the owner financing could be an extra option should your best offer not be able to get a loan.  

Are you getting an error at all that displays or does the window just close?
