Maybe not perfect, but you can tell if you are dealing with a custodian rather than an administrator because they will usually have the word "Trust" in their name or they will be a bank or brokerage.

Perhaps there is a company out there actually operating as a brokerage.

I binged them all when i was building my foundation.Im based out of Hamilton thats where my mortgage brokerage is however i live in the West end of Toronto.

I do this frequently, it's a great tool for my out of state buyers - BUT only with buyers that have a signed buyers brokerage agreement and I've talked to their loan officer (or seen a bank statement). 

I use Fidelity as a brokerage, and they login to my other accounts to give me a net worth report.

Smaller brokerages tend to try harder but may not have the network or knowledge so they might not have access to the deals.I do commercial in central Missouri.

Most people are not hitting these numbers unless they are extremely proactive or have some sort of automated system in place.Moving forward, you may want to consider working with a wholesale brokerage to understand the ins and outs.
