I've always been super interested and have helped my mom renovate her place in Bellevue WA last year.

Accredited investor here and was recently a super accredited until the Fed and interest rates.After 14-16 years of RE investing, I too am tired of it.

I've been listening to hours of podcasts and read as much as I can since the beginning of the year and would love to see it all in action. if anyone knows someone looking for some extra help, I'm super eager to learn! 

I’ve been too 1% guest favorite in Airbnb (super host too) but that definitely doesn’t help my VRBO ranking.

@Josh Aljets This is why you need to get super familiar with the market you have chosen to invest in and not just buy random things you see all over the country.

I've considered going back to a W-2 but working a laborious 40-50hrs a week then working on my own invest for sweat equity left me super burnt out.

Good to know - I'm new to the whole seasons so I will have super low expectations for next two months...
