Hi I am a new investor from out of state and I am considering 2 properties, one of them is in the Edgerton area multi family unit that is turnkey around 100k, the other is close to the university of Rochester on Frost street, but one of the units needs work.

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

STR's can certainly work in Salem, but are location dependent (ie being in the city for the university or state traffic vs out in the country for wine tourism).
