We desperately need new homes being built.If SFRs are being built, they're slim 3-story units often under 1,800sqft and priced around $600k+.

If you haven't already, you should research the stats on Furnished Finder to see how many people are looking for a midterm rental, how many units are currently available and the configuration and prices hosts are offering.

Typically repairs are something they would coordinate with tenants - did they inspect the unit, indicate they would be the primary POC going forward, etc.?

Definitely focusing on offmarket or even on market multifamily homes (minimum 4 units). started off in real estate development last 2 years but the paydays are brutal building then waiting to sell.So now looking to switch up strategies to purchase cashflowing properties and then get back to ground up construction or even possible fix and flips.
