I have someone that I use to help me create video content, then that content gets chopped up into mini content (quote posts for Instagram, short videos for LinkedIn and Facebook, blog posts, photos, etc.) and distributed through the platforms I engage in.

What I have done so far to network is reach out to people on BP in and around my area and find people on LinkedIn.

Call everyone in your Linkedin. 

Using the name, I am able to use either Linkedin or Facebook to obtain their email addresses.

They need to go back to school and learn some new skills so that they can get a better paying job than what they already have.btw, I looked at their Linkedin profile. 

Don't wait for cards, signs, the perfect listing presentation, etc.Have your database and a script ready.....Call everyone in your phone, in your facebook, in Linkedin, in your frat, in your church, in your work life, in your previous work life, in your college. 

They reached out to me on LinkedIn, and their terms are really good - which is why I came here to see if anyone spoke about them.

I don't know about commercial leases, but a guy I've connected to on Linked in is a commercial broker.
