Been working through podcasts from Jefferson Lilly and Park Street Partners and really like their approach.

I've also herd Jefferson Lilly say something about a year time frame too.  

(Jefferson County)When I took procession of it I had met a previous owner of the property who had lost it to Bankruptcy; and the bank foreclosed upon the property.

We primarily do rehabs in Orleans and Jefferson parish and prefer the Eastbank, but are not opposed to the Westbank if the deal makes sense.

I forget who runs it but it's on one of @jefferson lillly park street partner's podcast.
