LA Investor coming to Birmingham
Hello. I am coming to Birmingham June 15-17 to explore the city, learn about it's investment prospects (both SFR and small multi), and hopefully make some great contacts. It will be a short visit, but hoping to make the most out of it, and get comfortable with it as a place to invest. Feel free to reach out. Thanks!

I have a property in Pinson, a northern Birmingham suburb.
C class property $70,000 for 1,200 sq ft. 3 bed 2 bath garage, split level built 1975 near Turkey Creek and Jefferson County College.
Nice area, low crime, full of nature and less than 10% vacancy rate on rentals.
Rent my property out for $875, lease is up in June and will be going to $920 a month with a cash flow of over $400.
Taxes only about $900 for the year.
