Hello, everyone! I've been lurking for a month or so and binge listening to the podcast. REI has been at the back of my mind for numerous years, but this is the year I actually have set goals to get started!

My only REI experience is renting out a previously owned condo for a couple of years. I'm very much interested in the buy-and-hold strategy focused on small multifamily units. However, I'm intrigued by mobile home parks as well. My primary goal with REI is to build up a portfolio over the next decade that will generate a comfortable income stream for retirement.

I still have a lot of learning to do, but I'm looking forward to being part of the BP community!
