Otherwise, sell get the tax-free money, and put it in the bank and while you are out of the country and hear the market has crashed you can fly back and spend a week picking up a great deal if the itch to become a landlord is still there.

I bought a property (my first) in 2021 and I am now seeing that I am getting the itch, but I have no way to know how I am suppose to proceed.

Of course, the appraiser was itching to get into the house so he could get done because he had another appointment.  

Now I am itching all over.

I lost interest in REI for awhile and I'm getting the itch to get back into it since I'm unhappy with my job and the path I'm on.

We are itching to pull the trigger on an investment property, and have saved enough for an investment property down payment.

I currently own one rental property in Las Vegas and a house in TX but I have the itch to acquire more.

Currently based in New Zealand and am itching to buy property in USA/Memphis.There's been an overload of info iv had to absorb ( taxes, realestate language, etc etc ).I am at the point where iv taken off the training wheels and believe im ready to start investing.Appreciate any help and hopefully i can repay the favor if you are interested in investing in New Zealand realestate!

I think this is the last time it will work though, my wife has been itching to upscale a bit so we can pursue taking foster children.
