The deal looks similar to the returns we're seeing in the Bay Area but with that said, being "overpriced" really depends on your criteria.Once you determine whether you're buying for cash flow or appreciation, you could then also look at comps to see what the property is worth in comparision to properties around it.

Hi Daniel, Absolutely, I frequent Boston's back bay several times each quarter for corporate meetings.
