Looking for agent and/or broker around Oakland CA

Hi there, 

I know it is a tough time to find deals in the Bay Area right now, but I thought I'd reach out anyways and try to connect to some agents and/or brokers that might be able to find some deals. I am mostly interested in SFRs for flipping in Oakland, but also surrounding areas like Richmond, San Leandro, Hayward and up until Walnut Creek, Concord and Pittsburg. 

Anyone knows a good investor friendly agent or a broker that serves this area?
