Hi everyone! Great website. Just starting out, interested in rental properties. Would like to share ideas on how to find the right region to invest in rental properties. I live in Bay Area and nothing around here comes even close to suggested buying formulas. 2% 50% etc. I am looking to invest 15-30K to start with and see what I can get for this downpayment somewhere else in the country.
