There are an abundance of deals in Pierce and King counties, but you have to expand your approach.

I've been fortunate to use my camera for this, but everyone has a talent or resource they can use to a similar or greater use, and when you figure it out I suggest you treat it as abundance to share. 

The emails I have set up for my clients do not show an abundance mislabeled multi-family properties so it could be how the search is set up as well.

I have a target market of grad/medical students, young millennial professionals  of the abundance if 5***** universities in downtown DC and they do not expect bells and whistles, just new, modern,  comfortable places consistent with $100,000 student loans that they have.

I appreciate the response and I am looking forward to maximizing on the abundance of free knowledge on this forum.

Either way, make it abundantly clear that it is their responsibility not to flush wipes, sanitary products, paper towels, etc if they don't want to be stuck with a bill. :)

There are paths that a (very few) others have taken.It's highly unlikely to make it happen.It is unlikely you can plan it out, like you would plan out a trip.Right place at the right time, an abundance of good choices in the face of uncertainty, a lack of Fatal choices, the ability to overcome setbacks along the way, and the ability to not get discouraged from failure.A pretty broad outline, you are asking how to find a spot to build a goldmine, and for that there are no treasure maps.ORYou could marry a lady with that net worth.Good Luck!
