Had a conversation last night with a guy who wants to buy a 3rd floor condo and says it would be fine if the 1st and 2ne floor get washed out.

The problem: Yes they will buy, but they will also sell, so it becomes a wash in terms of supply and demand. 

I washed and made all beds.

Hey All - One of my tenants ran a load of laundry and forgot to put the disscharge hose in the utility sink for when the wash drains.

But, that's other side of POTUS election so who knows, maybe there is no care how that comes out in wash. 

Does providing complementally k-cups/teas, popcorn, spices, toiletry essentials (toothbrushes, floss, bath wash, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper products, makeup remover, laundry detergent, firewood with firestarters for the fireplace and firepit constitute as substantial services?

Exterior maintenance such as pressure wash and gutter cleaning, these times we take care of them and usually at turnover.

@Justin,  No you don't need to provide notice however make sure to notify if you will be disturbing common areas, shutting off water to washing machines, having alot of workmen on site. 

Wash, rinse, repeat.

A few years from now when all the dumb money that doesn't know how to underwrite washes out that may not be true anymore.
