I recommend using Yardi Voyager 7s. 

My recommendation is Yardi Voyager if you want both PM and Accounting together. 

Easy Upgrade to Yardi Voyager when 500 Units or more. 

I have used Rent Redi, and Voyager for screening in the past, all good options as well.

I don't use it specifically for PM purposes.Yardi (depends which model you are talking about) I personally love Yardi and had used the Enterprise, Genesis2, Voyager 6s and 7s.

Yardi Enterprise, Genesis2, Voyager 6s/7s - my favorite platform for accounting.QBO (Certified ProAdvisor) - can't stand this platform. although it works, just not recommend for real estateAppFolio (currently using) - this is a great platform but the bank reconciliation is horrendous.

It has a real inventory module for ordering, receiving, organizing, etc...Yardi Voyager: We have demoed several of the property management systems and were hoping Yardi Voyager would solve most (if not all of our problems), but the demo did not go well.

I am currently trying out Yardi Breeze, as I am currently managing a small portfolio and is more cost efficient and scalable to merge with their Yardi Voyager platform as my portfolio increases.
