What's the best PM software out there?

Just curious because we have used 3 different software platforms within the course of 6-7 years to stay current with technology. Appfolio seems to be great and we love it. Are there any others that use something different and wouldn't mind sharing your thoughts comparing Appfolio with the others? Thanks

@Ariel Jeidel Thanks so much!  Is Appfolio successfully doing all your book work, so you don't need an additional accounting platform to pay your owners or for your CPA to do your taxes each year?
