1st SFH rental

I am planning to rent our my current home starting in February of 2024. I just put up a "For Rent" sign out front & will be starting to give home tours to potential renters soon. 

I am looking for recommendations for application forms, background/credit checks, lease agreement, and other initial forms. 

Additionally, I'm looking for recommended business banking & accounting solutions to help keep me organized.

What does the bigger pockets community recommend?
