Veggie-backing (I'm a vegan) off of @Sanedria Potter 's replay of a good southern quote (I think that's where I first heard it), I use the books and both Cashflow 101 and Cashflow for Kids board games to teach children from my family and community HOW to fish.

I ate ramen and drank smoothies w/ spinach for fruit/veggies... only spent about $50-60 on food per week. 

Put a juicer in the lobby with a fridge next to it full of fruits and veggies.

Some wendys, burger king, subway , wendy's , veggie grill restaurant operator is filing bankruptcy this week ; these are kind of news that would affect hospitality sector and would grow to something even bigger .... yes the Fed may kill the inflation but by killing the people LOL ; these kind of news would create lot more CRE distress especially in NNN.Sometimes I do think the American government are really anti business.

. ;)Full set of pots and pans, 6 different skillets, wok, large roasting pan, 2 steamers, 2 coffee makers, 2 keurigs, 24 sets of plates/bowls, many glasses (wine, beer, drinking, tall, short, margarita etc), 12 sets of kids plates/bowls/cups, 3 sizes of ZipLoc bags, aluminum foil, parchment paper, Saran Wrap, 24 sets of silverware, many serving spoons/forks, 16 different knives, mandolin (veggie slicer), knife sharpener, scissors, 3 meat thermometers, 6 whisks, dough scrapers, chop sticks, 4 casserole pans, 4 cake pans (round, square, rectangle), 4 bread pans, 8 serving bowls, baking sheets (1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 2 of each), air fryer, crockpot, espresso machine, 2 blenders...the list goes on.Also a bunch of small appliances like mixers, hand blenders, waffle makers, single egg cookers etc etc.

So you really don't want to add the veggies and taters until about the last couple hrs or they will be mush by the time the meat is ready.

A little to filling, also you could mix it up and change sauces or cook in fish or a type of meat or veggies. 10 pounds of rice will run you about what you'd pay for one day's worth of lunch and will probably last you a year.Also many banks offer a brokerage service, at least with wellsfargo they have a money market account that is highly liquid, i can get cash from it in ~2-3 days, and it pays monthly interest at a 4.65% APR.

It's been a big dream of his to have a veggie cafe, he's getting old so he's going for it.
