What if the vaccine comes out tomorrow?

A successful vaccine for the corona virus is more likely to appear before a surplus of homes could possibly develop.Renters rather than homeowners will be out of work for quite some time.

Or a Vaccine is discovered.

My prediction is if we don't have vaccination or cure for the virus, it's going to hit hard again in Fall and Winter this year and going to have 2nd run for our life situation which is going to be worse.

To some degree they understand the financial impact and crisis due covid-19 and the aftermath which will take many months to not only restore general public confidence before a vaccine is readily available, but mostly when the economy will ready for an upswing cycle.

Will we find a vaccine in 15-18 months?

A vaccine is 12-18 months away by most accounts.

Either wait for the heat (Summer Sun) to kill the virus by August this year or wait for the vaccine to come out (Scientists said at least 12 to 18 months).
