If you want to change something, do an update, or another post clarifying your position or changes, etc. 

Deal flow is tough right now, so I would aim more at 6-12 months to close your first syndication deal.

@Account Closed would you have updates now that its been 7 months, what's your experience of being in Pace's program?

It is hard to really keep up with those kinds of trends unless I budget 10k a year in updating the property which I am not going to do.I participate in our local council/mayor meetings.

If have investment property, we are looking for relatively updated units (we are ok doing some work ourselves), class C+/B tenants, with rents either close to market rate or that can be increased.
