@Bryce Wong Hi My friend not sure if you found what your looking for but my company does rehabs ill be happy to send you some before and after pics , or even bring you out to a few live projects that we currently have under way .

We are both new to house flipping and are seeking HML and gap funding to get some flips underway.

My wife and I are currently buy-and-hold investors and have 5 units, a mix of SFHs, condos, and a duplex, plus have one flip underway.

The more I read, the more I am leaning toward double closings, however I lack the funds when a large rehab is underway - like now...  

By doing that I hope to be able to learn and eventually add to my monthly income amount. once the initial steps are done and underway, then we will take another look around and see where to go.thankstim

I recently finished mine waiting on a check so I can get #2 underway.    

It's a great event - meet friendly, active folks in San Diego AND get an onsite look at an interesting project that's underway.  

So I have, at least I thought I had my first subject to deal underway.

So here in the (hopefully) not too distant future I'd like to get my first deal underway!

That is because expansions for new stores are fixing to open and re-imaging of existing stores is underway so they have to plan way in advance.
