We have a lot of spring training baseball here so peak season starts right around Feb 20.March - Ultra peakApril - Slower than March, but a solid Month.May - Decent monthJune - Great monthJuly - Great monthAug - First half is decent then definitely dies down.Sep - Worst monthOct - Second worst monthNov - Bad except ultra peak rates for Thanksgiving.Dec - A little better up until Dec 20 when it is ultra peak.It also really depends on the property and the location.

The Niagara Stealth advertises it's ultra-high efficiency @ 0.8gal/flush.I pay for the water in my rental units, so I was looking for something that's going to cut my costs on water, but also doesn't clog and need constant repairs.What do you guys think?
