In summary, I identified what really energizes me and then took the time required to go back to a mostly blank sheet of paper to redefine my objectives and strategies.

I'm going crazy with how energized I feel about this I need to go run for a couple miles in this nice, warm, night weather over here!

I am so grateful this has happen because I am now energized again and feel that this is a first step to many more rentals and my REI.I know I have much to learn and I cant wait to meet like minded people here on BP and locally here in Jacksonville.

Physical therapist by day.

I’m Faith Chesney and I’m currently a full-time mom and looking for a part-time job in real estate (: My Husband is a physical therapist and we both have been interested in real estate and getting more into the field.

My current job as a physical therapist does not have any connection with real estate and currently, I am spending 12-14 hours per day at work.

I am trying to read every book i can get my hands on every day, even during my lunch break, i'm energized.
