Though I don't remember that one stated in school textbooks too much, hmmm.

Sometimes more important than the initial % is the direction up or down and why these initial percentages are not reliable indicators of future profits or taught in formal university settings, nor found in any textbooks etc.

This was a text book "bait & switch".

Contact the school and find out what textbooks they are using and see if you can pick them up ahead of time.

It is very easy to give textbook advice (spend more $$, replace everything, dont get multiple quotes). 

I disagree - that's a textbook BRRRR.

It reads smoothly but the information within it is almost consistent with what you would find in a textbook.

If your current interest is in learning the more technical requirements of being a real estate agent without actually becoming one, check your local library as they may have textbooks or online access to them for free. 

I just passed the NYREI school & NY state RE salespersons tests and have the required textbook from the course that I no longer need.
