It's not your business to work with them on splitting the rent or the deposit.If one guy is tardy with his portion of the rent, that's not your problem.

Those who were once tardy with rents have now been a week ahead, another has agreed to direct deposits & another couple paid her $100 extra because she was understanding about their rent being 3 weeks late due to the loss of work (from the recent storm) & yet another gave her a $25 gift card to the Outback.
