It basically outlines some of the commercial properties in fountain square in regards to the jump in value over the past few years.  

I see a lot of properties being restored and flipped in Fountain Square, Bates-Hendricks, many historical pockets of downtown Indianapolis, and of course just within or outside the 465 Loop.

Both homes are in Fountain, very close to Fort Carson.Turns out I really didn't care for the realtor job, so I suspended my license and am going back to tech, but I want to continue to add to my real estate portfolio.

I am new to real estate investing and have come here to seek the fountain of knowledge that i hear BP is.

My family owns a largish parcel of land of about 2.5acres on the 405fwy in Fountain Valley which might present an opportunity for me.
