@Julian BuickNo idea, what you're likely to get with later writings is tid bits of the wind blowing in regulations, particular outlooks, for example; they may mention the popularity of wholesaling and address issues or they may mention Dodd-Frank or Consumer matters with those in foreclosure.

By all means all SDIRA conducted business must be in the name of and under TID of the SDIRA LLC.

My banker has told me that all I need to open an account for a DBA is the DBA form and as long as I have the parent company they don't require any additional paperwork regarding TIDs or anything, but that is with WF so I recommend speaking with a business specialist banker at your bank.

If you live on site and rent out rooms that's cool but, if you live off site and rent out rooms then that becomes a rental.There are plenty of companies that will do to a NO INCOME/NO CREDIT SCORE on about any loan you want as long as they get an Automatic Payment Agreement and a few other tid bits about the equity in the property or other collateral that you may have.
