Our stated criteria (we are intentionally vague since we don't charge screening fees, we prefer a wider applicant pool to choose from):Our Criteria:We do not deny housing for race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, sexual orientation, marital status, or familial status.We do deny housing to individuals: when the application is not complete or accurate where there is not sufficient income/resources to pay rent and live (2x rent)where there is poor prior tenancy: evictions, violations, damage to rental property, poorly handled move outs, amounts are still owing to landlords or utilities.

These units have been vacant now for 2 months and I'm out of ideas on how to market the units to people who will move forward.All four units are 1 bed/1 bath units and I have the following criteria:Fees:$300 security deposit, $50 application fee per adult (18Y+).Criteria as follows:no evictions in the last three (3) years; felonies on a case by case; no sexual offenses; income 2.5 times the rent.Any thoughts or tips would be very helpful!

@Robert - There seems to be some sort of weird sexual nature to this as well, the neighbors are male and female but whenever I have a single female tenant they are fine, but as soon as she gets a boyfriend or has male visitors the calls start and continue unabated.
