I own an office building with lights in the Parking area and the halls, Common restrooms for offices on the same floors, also water on the hallway.

:goofy: I know that sounds crazy but the other day I was watching CMT and (yeah my dirty secret, I like country music) this guy train his dog to get TP if he ran out in the restroom.

Most offices only have one mens and one ladies common restroom on each floor.

You can also save money by looking for former restaurant spaces with ADA restrooms and kitchen with ansul system.

My friend & prospect at one point used the restroom, and so happened to stand in line with the host's sister!

As a result, I paid approx $18,000 remodel, repairs, restrooms, electrical, lighting, and ADA compliant.

It's not bad to set yourself in a good public light, but I would rather invest money into a clean water system for community parks, or perhaps suitable public restrooms for these parks.

But look into whether or not even with separate addresses, if you get a variance to expand the current building onto the other parcels, and they share a common wall (and in some states common restrooms), they may be able to still share a liquor license. 

I would obviously need water lines, gas, grease trap, 25-30 ft of hood space, 2 restrooms, a full kitchen area with drains, a full bar with beer lines, coolers, etc.
