We currently don't know where you are, where you're trying to go, or if you are driving a Ferrari, a skateboard, or a paddle boat. 

We provide everything at our Lake House, including paper products, sheets (beds made) towels, beach towels, floats, lifejackets, kayaks, paddle boat, canoe, coffee, spices etc.

I found out she was camping and paddle boarding with her pals right in the middle of it. 

There HAS to be someone interested in this property as it has a backyard semi-private lake (fishing, canoeing, kayaking, paddle-boating and swimming year round) and is in an unzoned area for expansions, businesses etc.  24 hour shopping within 5 miles. 

If you couldn't mange properly or pay the mortgage I would be up the creek without a paddle in a foreclosure situation.

You are going to want to have some basic knowledge of how to doggy paddle at least before you just jump right in.

I'm a huge fan of encouraging people to jump head-first in and learn through experience, but just make sure you can at least paddle before jumping in.

Well I would alway agree with that however, if you pay all your cash for the property and have little to no reserves then you up a creek without a paddle.
