After SIX phone calls (because you always have to speak with someone different each time) Airbnb CS sent an email saying that they "are only able to reimburse us $900.00"  WTH?  

Minor drawbacks, it needs a better phone support system, I use a VOIP.that connects with Zoho and could be better.

It’s mobile home parks and parking lots so it’s not a quick flipping syndication or anything like that.  

Sometimes it's device dependent (either browser or phone problems).
