The fact that you are asking this question of strangers instead of your PM indicates you have an amateur managing your property.

For example, if I do S/P top stocks, I could get around 11%. but if I did real estate and I have a 800 credit score - could I do real estate and make it work harder doing turn key Multifamily.

I would also ask them about cash for keys since I would initially offer the tenant this. 

@lee sanders    the key is to have good property management, i had a 2 family I loved and sold it just to get away from the tenants. 

Getting the right tenant in your home is key.  3. 

A tenant complaining online might indicate that the property manager handled them appropriately, so be sure to ask the manager for their side of the story.7.
