We are going to Little Rock in March and I will definitely place my eyes on something before we buy it.

It’s quite eye opening.I hope this post helps at least one investor avoid the same path I took and saves them from the nearly 8 years of frustration I've endured.

I would recommend getting a property manager there because you want someone who can keep an eye on your place for you.
