Most PMs concentrate on marketing, and at least somewhat neglect operations.  

*That said* - I agree with @John Underwood as you should be concentrating on saving and owning investments, not attempting to create a middleman job.

Like what remotely with it being ran off of it's own internet paid for by the landlord for a cost 12x more than the $200?

The property feels like you are in the jungle yet is on a paved road with high speed fiber optic internet and within walking distance of great restaurants that are owned and operated by entrepreneurs from around the world.

A quick internet search led to quite a few complaints by people claiming to be ripped off, had deals fall through, or simply getting the run around each time. 

I suggest having smart TVs and let them log into their own accounts, preferably with a guest mode so they auto-log out after a certain number of days.For catering to families, I would concentrate on providing amenities like puzzles and games. 

It's laborious, messy - but it was far less damaging/challenging than the photos found on the internet...even with plastered walls.  

@Allen Masry to echo everyone’s sentiments here, be patient, educate yourself because as quick as that money comes, it could go away just as quick if you make hasty decisions, especially on people giving advice on Internet forums like these.That being said, settlements take much longer to come in than you might think.  

Concentrate on your development cost and keeping them down and the deal will pencil.

Newer buildings now have state-of-the-art amenity packages with pools, gyms, co-working spaces, high-speed internet, and community gathering spaces where savvy property management groups will have apartment building events to encourage this sense of community, all being a level of convenience and neighborhood community people cannot get anywhere else.
